Description

You will lead a team providing essential support services to ALU students, covering housing, meals, immigration, financial aid, and scholar liaison. Your work ensures students have the resources to succeed and thrive in a transformative learning environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in student services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in housing, meals, immigration, financial aid, or scholar liaison.
• Strong understanding of student development theory and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee student housing operations including applications, assignments, and facility coordination.
• Coordinate meal services with catering providers to ensure nutritious and culturally diverse options.
• Guide students through visa and permit processes and ensure immigration compliance.
• Administer financial aid programs including scholarships, grants, and loans.
• Manage scholarship programs, monitor scholar progress, and liaise with sponsors.
