💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical initiatives for Replit Cloud, building first-party infrastructure that powers the Replit Agent platform. Your work will directly impact how millions of users develop and deploy applications seamlessly. You'll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver differentiated cloud experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead major projects from 0-to-1 or enhance first-party primitives
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to iterate on Replit Cloud
• Identify and solve hardest technical/quality problems
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute as a full-stack builder

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• TypeScript, React, Go, Postgres, Terraform proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building user-facing PaaS products
• Experience with AI/agentic systems
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup
