You'll define and champion the multi-year product vision for Aurora's internal application ecosystem for Autonomy development, directly accelerating the path to commercialization of self-driving technology. You'll transform complex requirements into a cohesive product portfolio that empowers engineers and operations teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision for internal applications
• Act as primary bridge between Engineering and Design teams
• Develop deep understanding of AV development challenges
• Define and champion AI/agentic tools and workflows
• Manage product roadmap balancing stakeholder needs and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software product management
• Proven strategic problem-solving with ambiguous environments
• Exceptional communication for executive leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Data)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience shipping products
• Experience with self-driving technology or AI-based applications
