📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale distributed systems and engineering organizations
• Proven expertise in high-throughput, low-latency distributed architectures
• Strong background with relational, graph, time-series, and distributed databases

• Experience with stream-processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka or Flink
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Understanding of application security concepts including vulnerability assessment
