💼 About This Role

You'll work within a product team to maximize value by prioritizing and delivering high-impact features for retail clients. You'll use Lean methodology to manage backlog, facilitate client decisions, and co-construct solutions. As an Associate, you'll be mentored by a Lead Product Manager and rapidly develop client-facing skills while contributing to continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and deliver high-value features within client commitments.
• Make work visible and facilitate client decisions (review decks, daily mails).
• Manage backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints using Lean.
• Collaborate with client to understand needs and co-construct solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Degree from a top engineering school or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing.
• Strong interest in product design with business impact and tech affinity.
• Excellent client relationship skills, proactive and responsive.
