💼 About This Role

You'll join Splend's Claims and Recoveries team in Sydney, assessing motor insurance claims to find recovery opportunities. You'll drive recovery outcomes through effective negotiation and collaboration, helping transition our fleet to electric vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate with third parties to recover claim costs
• Collaborate with claims team on supporting evidence
• Maintain accurate file notes
• Evaluate feasibility of legal action

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years debt collection or recoveries experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solver with strong customer focus
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
