💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Chatham and Lee counties, following individualized care plans. Your impact includes medication administration and wound care while enjoying flexible schedules and 1:1 care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Perform home visits for medication administration and wound care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
