You'll join our Customer Support team as a product expert, troubleshooting complex issues for private equity customers using our software. You'll build strong B2B relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver great customer experiences. This role is a starting point for growth into Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Sales, or Customer Enablement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Build knowledge of software and private markets industry
- Develop customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with CSMs, PMs, and Engineers on solutions
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or business-related preferred)
- 2+ years professional experience in relevant setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical ability
