💼 About This Role

You'll join our Customer Support team as a product expert, troubleshooting complex issues for private equity customers using our software. You'll build strong B2B relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver great customer experiences. This role is a starting point for growth into Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Sales, or Customer Enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
  • Build knowledge of software and private markets industry
  • Develop customer relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with CSMs, PMs, and Engineers on solutions

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or business-related preferred)
  • 2+ years professional experience in relevant setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical ability
