Description

You will ensure the reliability, correctness, and scalability of our platform's systems, including AI-powered services, payments, and collaboration tools. You'll work closely with engineers and product managers to test complex workflows, validate data integrity, and improve quality across the software development lifecycle, while mentoring other engineers and shaping test strategy.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in software quality engineering
• Experience testing complex SaaS applications or distributed systems
• Strong experience with API testing (REST, webhooks, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills for validating data and system state
• Familiarity with Python, Shell, or similar scripting languages

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies for complex product features and platform services
• Write and maintain high-quality test cases covering real-world usage scenarios
• Validate APIs, integrations, and distributed services
• Help define and improve quality engineering standards and processes
• Mentor and support junior quality engineers
