You'll ensure mission-critical systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This high-impact role bridges technical operations and executive vision at one of Canada's fastest-growing companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the long-term strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure professionals
• Ensure performance, reliability, and uptime of all technology infrastructure
• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of advanced infrastructure or DevOps experience
• 5+ years in executive-level leadership managing managers
• Experience in highly regulated sectors like fintech or financial services
• Proficiency with major public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) frameworks
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, RPAA)
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
