💼 About This Role

You'll visit customers' homes to survey for low carbon heating systems like heat pumps and solar PV, directly driving the renewable energy revolution. This role is remote across the UK, backed by Octopus Energy's innovative tech power.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit customers to assess suitability for heat pumps, solar PV, insulation, or EPC
• Capture data for heat loss calculations and produce quotes
• Ensure accurate information for design and installation of low carbon systems
• Explain processes to customers and advocate for renewable technology

📋 Requirements

• Experience communicating face-to-face with customers in domestic settings
• Full clean driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Good IT and tech skills for a tech-forward company

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in MCS accredited organisation or energy efficiency assessment
• Background in measuring and sizing equipment for home installations
• Experience with heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, or electrical equipment
