💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of design for the Lifecycle Growth team, focusing on activation, conversion, and retention. You'll run live experiments and design for business outcomes, moving metrics like Trial > QL > Subscriber. This is a maternity cover with a path to permanent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to shipping
• Design activation banners, in-product nudges, and A/B tests
• Collaborate across product teams on design critique
• Write product copy and prototype using AI tools

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio showing business thinking and impact
• Comfort with full design process: discovery to measurement
• Mastery of Figma
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools or willingness to adopt

✨ Nice to Have

• Product experience (SaaS, B2B, product-led growth)
• Experience writing product copy
• Hands-on with Cursor, v0, or similar AI tools
