💼 About This Role

You'll build Sierra's platform, creating the primitives, runtime systems, and developer tooling that power agent development evolution. You'll design reliable, steerable systems that enable engineers to build and deploy agents faster. You'll have the opportunity to work on the frontier of AI products in a high-autonomy culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build platform primitives for agent development and deployment
• Design runtime systems, developer tooling, and internal infrastructure
• Create tools and workflows to accelerate engineer velocity

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Pride in building reliable, maintainable, secure systems that scale

• Experience building developer platforms or SDKs
• Experience working on distributed systems
• Experience building AI-powered products
