  • Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end for enterprise clients
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to demanding legal professionals
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering
  • Build and maintain help documentation and FAQs

📋 Requirements

  • B2B customer support experience handling complex issues
  • Proven track record of delighting demanding professional clients
  • Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk
  • Technically curious and quick to learn new software
