🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end for enterprise clients
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to demanding legal professionals
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering
- Build and maintain help documentation and FAQs
📋 Requirements
- B2B customer support experience handling complex issues
- Proven track record of delighting demanding professional clients
- Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk
- Technically curious and quick to learn new software
