You'll be the first point of contact for customers, learning all aspects of the business to provide tailored financial products. Your core impact is handling inbound/outbound sales calls and in-person engagements to meet individual financial needs. • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Match customers with financial products
• Complete loan applications and screenings

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ year of customer service or lending experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours/week including Saturdays

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Some college or military experience
