You'll lead end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise customers using a configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance space. Your role is the key bridge between new customers and internal delivery teams, ensuring smooth translation of business and technical requirements into fully functional solutions. This is a 20-hour-per-week contract opportunity offering flexibility and autonomy in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate customer needs into configuration plans and system setups
• Coordinate across customer success, technical, and product stakeholders
• Configure the SaaS platform for each customer use case

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into execution plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (solutions engineers, delivery, CS)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
