💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of test engineers to develop and optimize production test stations for high-volume consumer electronics. You'll drive test automation and yield improvement across NPI and mass production stages. This role offers international collaboration and high visibility across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor international test development team members.
• Research and implement new production test methods for efficiency.
• Develop RF test tools for BT, BLE, WiFi, ZigBee, RF4CE.
• Drive yield, cycle time, and cost/quality improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high volume manufacturing test engineering.
• Hands-on RF and audio testing experience (Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi).
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or LabVIEW programming.
• Experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with firmware, ARM, PLC, UART/HID control.
• Experience with MES systems.
• Knowledge of ISO16949, APQP, PPAP in automotive manufacturing.
