As a Team Lead in our Market Operations group, you will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, and team performance. You'll lead a team of Customer Advocates, focusing on hiring, training, and developing talent while driving operational success and customer satisfaction.

• Run the local Carvana hub including market launch, operations, logistics, and consumer branding
