Description

You will build and lead a high-performing pricing team, driving pricing strategy and execution for vehicle acquisition and retail channels. Partnering with Data Engineering, you'll design pricing frameworks and reporting structures to boost profitability and conversion across thousands of weekly offers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative trading, investment banking, or pricing
• Proven expertise in forecasting, margin modeling, and pricing-elasticity analysis
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-caliber analytical team
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing algorithms to maximize conversion rates across acquisition and retail channels
• Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of pricing analysts and data scientists
• Design and maintain a pricing matrix accounting for forecasted spread, days to sell, reconditioning costs, and margin
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly pricing performance dashboards for executive leadership
• Recommend optimal inventory composition and dollar exposure to balance risk, liquidity, and sales velocity
