You'll lead talent acquisition strategy and build a high-performing recruiting organization at CharterUP, an AI-native platform transforming the group transportation market. You'll drive hiring across all functions and partner with executive leadership to scale the company. This role offers the opportunity to shape a hyper-growth company's talent function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive company-wide hiring strategy across all business functions
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and executive-level roles
• Build scalable recruiting processes improving speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Manage ATS strategy and optimization (Greenhouse experience strongly preferred)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Leadership experience in start-up and high-growth environments
• Experience leading recruiting across GTM, technical, operations, and executive hiring
• Deep understanding of recruiting operations, funnel metrics, and compensation calibration
