Description

As the Country Lead for Germany, you will set regional strategy, run daily operations, and deliver financial objectives in the DACH region. You'll lead a commercial team, drive topline growth through localized go-to-market strategies, and represent HousingAnywhere with key partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading business units or regional operations within a high-growth marketplace or platform company
• Comfort with data-driven management and analytical dashboards
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets with P&L responsibility
• Skilled in building trust and motivating teams
• Multilingual: English and German required

Responsibilities

• Own country strategy and P&L, translating global goals into local execution plans
• Drive topline growth through localized go-to-market strategies and optimize supply acquisition, university partnerships, marketing, and operations
• Lead and inspire a commercial team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance through data-driven decision-making using WBR/QBRs
• Build strong external relationships with universities, property operators, and landlords
