Description

You will architect and develop scalable backend systems in a modern tech environment, lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence. You'll also build and maintain internal tools, ensure platform availability, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 8+ years backend development with staff-level or tech lead experience
• Expert in C# (.NET 8+) and PostgreSQL
• Proven experience designing distributed systems in cloud-native environments (AWS)
• Comfortable with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
