🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with managers on performance, growth, and team dynamics.
• Drive execution of compensation, promotions, and headcount planning.
• Design and manage in-person programs and events.
• Navigate employee relations topics with judgment and care.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience in tech or growth-stage.
• Strong foundation in core HRBP functions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Clear empathetic communication and independent judgment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a high-intensity operational environment.
• Experience with Sales or go-to-market orgs.
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks and people analytics.
