Description
You will support the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely commission processing, data integrity, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute compensation processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Xactly or Salesforce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support administration of incentive compensation plans
- Process monthly/quarterly commissions and assist with accrual calculations
- Validate data inputs and resolve discrepancies
- Support Xactly operations including data uploads and payout validation
- Build reports on attainment, payouts, and compensation trends
