Description

You will support the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely commission processing, data integrity, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute compensation processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Xactly or Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of incentive compensation plans
  • Process monthly/quarterly commissions and assist with accrual calculations
  • Validate data inputs and resolve discrepancies
  • Support Xactly operations including data uploads and payout validation
  • Build reports on attainment, payouts, and compensation trends
