💼 About This Role

You'll champion AI-first QA practices within an agile squad, driving the shift from manual testing to an AI-augmented model at a fast-growing legal tech company. Your core impact is owning quality end-to-end, reviewing AI test outputs, performing exploratory testing, and building scalable Playwright automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead rollout and improvement of AI feature testing process
• Review and validate AI-generated test results for accuracy
• Perform manual and exploratory testing on complex workflows
• Write and maintain automated tests in Playwright with POM
• Integrate tests into Xray and manage QA workflow in Jira

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in automation QA
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot
• Playwright or strong experience with modern automation framework
• Exploratory testing expertise and ability to own test plans
• Strong critical thinking to evaluate AI outputs

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience with Playwright
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce debugging logs
