💼 About This Role

You'll acquire and manage merchant relationships for a leading crypto brand in the Philippines, driving adoption of payment services. You'll onboard merchants, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment at a company fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard new merchants across various industries.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive transaction volume and retention.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates and service agreements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchant acquisition or account management in fintech.
• Proven sales or business development experience in payments or financial services.
• Data analysis skills to identify actionable insights for account growth.

• Familiarity with remittance, payment gateways, or digital wallets.
• Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or blockchain technologies.
• Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese.
