🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize free-to-paid journeys and upgrade flows
• Define subscription models, pricing tiers, and trial structures
• Run A/B tests on pricing, packaging, and conversion flows
• Own monetization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with focus on growth or monetization
• Proven experience with subscription-based or freemium SaaS funnels
• Strong analytical skills including cohort analysis and LTV modeling
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams

• Experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or job search platforms
