Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Clear communication skills in-person, over phone, and online
• Customer-focused with commitment to service excellence

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting community lifestyle and value
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and community outreach
