๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on intake and hiring strategy.
- Use AI-enabled tools and provide structured feedback to teams.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, data, ML, or product roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Experience in RPO or agency environments.
- Curiosity about AI and recruiting workflows.
