  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles.
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers on intake and hiring strategy.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and provide structured feedback to teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering, data, ML, or product roles.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in RPO or agency environments.
