You'll partner with the Employee Benefits Consulting Team to support the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment. You'll ensure accuracy and consistency of benefit materials and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of open enrollment communications
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings with carriers
• Maintain client records and internal platforms
• Prepare and analyze marketing results

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of industry experience
• Interest in employee benefits
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (intermediate)
• Ability to obtain MA Health Accident license within 90 days
