🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting and inbound leads
• Analyze properties for investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
• Collaborate with Sales Agents for fast investor transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential real estate or wholesaling
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions quickly

• Experience in fix-and-flip or property management
• Proven track record in transactional sales
