💼 About This Role

You'll build production-ready AI features that empower business users to leverage GenAI within planning workflows. You'll work across the full stack, from model integration and prompt engineering to intuitive user interfaces. This role offers the chance to lead a greenfield team building transformative AI capabilities from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end GenAI features including backend APIs and model integration
• Integrate and optimize LLMs for business planning with prompt engineering and RAG
• Build conversational interfaces and agentic workflows for natural language planning
• Design APIs that expose AI capabilities to Anaplan's platform and third parties

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers)
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production
• Proficiency in front-end development with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure
