You'll develop and lead a global reputation management strategy for a multiproduct venture builder. You will build a reputation department from scratch, manage crisis communication, and drive trust across international markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement brand reputation strategy (ORM/SERM).
• Build and manage the reputation department from scratch.
• Design protocols for crisis response and reputation risk management.
• Monitor global trends and innovate trust-building approaches.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience in PR, communications, or marketing.
• Data-driven decision-making and big-picture analysis.
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Ability to create clear briefs and manage content style.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, G2).
• Knowledge of SERM and SEO analytics tools (Ahrefs, Semrush).
• Experience with monitoring systems (Brand24, YouScan).
