Requirements

  • 3–5 years B2B software sales experience in process industries
  • Familiarity with operational workflows in oil & gas, chemicals, life sciences, or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and deliver training to drive early adoption
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners
  • Monitor product usage and identify opportunities for increased adoption
  • Drive retention through proactive engagement and strategic planning
