You'll support the New Accounts team, acting as a liaison between clients and operational teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to client inquiries about account applications and documentation.
• Assist processing teams with client outreach for account approval.
• Review new account applications and ensure compliance with AML/KYC.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• FINRA licensing preferred.
• Experience in financial services or brokerage.
