💼 About This Role

You'll drive Kira's AI-powered learning platform sales into K-12 and higher education, managing the full cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll own revenue targets and build deep relationships with district decision-makers. This role offers equity, full medical coverage, daily DoorDash credit, and a dog-friendly office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify leads across K-12 districts and higher education.
  • Build relationships with superintendents, CTOs, principals.
  • Develop territory plans and meet revenue targets.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record selling into education institutions.
  • Understanding of district decision-making processes.
  • Experience with EdTech sales cycles and funding challenges.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle and close deals.

  • Experience with K-12 and Higher Education markets.
  • Familiarity with AI/edtech product demos.
