💼 About This Role
You'll drive Kira's AI-powered learning platform sales into K-12 and higher education, managing the full cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll own revenue targets and build deep relationships with district decision-makers. This role offers equity, full medical coverage, daily DoorDash credit, and a dog-friendly office.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify leads across K-12 districts and higher education.
- Build relationships with superintendents, CTOs, principals.
- Develop territory plans and meet revenue targets.
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record selling into education institutions.
- Understanding of district decision-making processes.
- Experience with EdTech sales cycles and funding challenges.
- Ability to manage full sales cycle and close deals.

- Familiarity with AI/edtech product demos.
