You'll lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling Postman's API platform into large, strategic accounts in India. Your core impact is driving disciplined execution of complex, long-cycle enterprise deals to consistently exceed revenue targets. You'll shape Postman's enterprise sales motion in a net-new leadership role with high visibility.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Drive complex enterprise deals involving security, legal, procurement.
- Establish deal inspection, forecasting, and pipeline rigor.
- Own and exceed enterprise revenue targets for the region.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales including people management.
- Proven track record closing and scaling complex enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes (security, compliance, legal, procurement).
- Experience with consumption-based and platform sales models.
