Description

You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for homepage, wayfinding, and integrated user experiences across BILL's product suite. Partnering with design and engineering leads, you'll map and improve end-to-end customer journeys, drive cross-product adoption, and measure impact through program metrics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex product/domain, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Depth in modern product discovery and delivery, including user research and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics and designing experiments
• Exceptional communication and influence skills across senior stakeholders
• Customer-obsessed, outcomes-driven mindset

• Identify and close customer experience gaps through research and data analysis
• Drive development of information architecture, navigation experiments, and homepage features
• Create and manage program metrics to measure business and user impact
