You'll help ensure projects are set up correctly, resources are planned effectively, and billing is accurate. You'll work closely with teams to match the right people to projects and keep data clean. Experience with Salesforce and Certinia is a plus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update resource allocation recommendations.
• Set up new projects in project management/ERP system.
• Support time & materials billing and subscription overages.
• Produce scheduled reports on resource utilization and billing.

📋 Requirements

• Resource planning and skills management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work across Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce (Opportunities, Reports, Dashboards).
• Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce).
• Knowledge of project creation and billing processes.
