🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as first point of contact for technical support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues for prompt resolution

  • Liaise with team leads and product owners on potential issues

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with browser developer tools for debugging web applications
  • Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, and data flow troubleshooting
  • Basic SQL knowledge for investigating data-related issues

  • Experience with property management systems or hospitality tech tools
