Description

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with customers through in-store demos and field events, sharing our brand story and educating them on the health benefits of kombucha and fermented foods. You'll be the first point of contact for consumers, performing a critical role in bringing our brand to life.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Brand Ambassador experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Enrolled in a local university or college
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage consumers during field marketing activities
• Merchandise, inventory, and sample products at demos and events
• Be an expert on brand, products, and culture
• Perform against key KPIs: sales goals, conversion rates, engagement
• Provide feedback on new products and services
