💼 About This Role

You'll provide best-in-class support to paid customers, resolving issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll reproduce and troubleshoot technical problems while improving internal documentation and workflows. This is a 12-month contract with potential for conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide support to paid customers via ticket system.
  • Reproduce issues and file software defects with Engineering.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support or customer service experience.
  • Native fluency in Korean.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system.
  • Previous experience supporting an early-stage market.
  • Experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, or APIs.
