Description

In this role, you will design, implement, and manage cloud solutions across a diverse portfolio of client environments for a State and Local Platforms and Data Managed Services team. You'll architect secure, scalable cloud infrastructures, ensure ongoing optimization and compliance, and juggle multiple projects for various organizations under strict SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure experience in managed services or MSP environment
• Deep expertise with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP); multi-cloud preferred
• Proficient in IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and ITIL frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid) for multiple clients
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions
• Lead client onboarding and cloud migration projects ensuring security and compliance
• Monitor cloud environments and remediate issues under contractual SLAs
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates, deployment pipelines, and automation scripts
