You'll support the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics and candidate tracking. You'll ensure a seamless hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience. This is a full-time on-site role at Rocket Lab's new headquarters in Long Beach, California.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule interviews and manage logistics across department leaders.
• Assist recruiters with tracking candidate activity and reporting pipeline.
• Run and prepare ad hoc reporting for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the HR/Recruitment team.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment support.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience with resume screening and applicant communication.
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system.
