Description

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will increase the number of residential subscribers by promoting GFiber's internet services through door-to-door interactions. You will build a lead pipeline, update CRM tools, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Ability to exert physically over extended periods including walking and stairs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass motor vehicle record check
• Experience in ISP or telecom industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar lead management software (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential customers by promoting GFiber's internet services
• Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and follow-ups
• Update CRM with customer information and conversion status
• Partner with team members for seamless customer experience
• Communicate GFiber's value proposition and demonstrate network knowledge
