💼 About This Role

You'll join SiteMinder's sales team to drive new business in the Ecuador market, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. Your efforts will expand our client base for the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. You'll leverage industry contacts to build SiteMinder's brand in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new clients and upsell current customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in new business acquisition in SaaS, managing full sales cycle
  • Industry background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management (preferred)
  • Self-motivation and resilience to meet challenging targets
  • Good level of English (verbal and written)

  • Existing industry contacts in Ecuador
  • Experience with CRM maintenance
  • Familiarity with hotel commerce platforms
