Description

You will own day-to-day general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. You'll manage accounts payable, cash application, and end-to-end AR/collections, while partnering on bi-weekly payroll. This is a high-ownership role in a high-growth SaaS company where you'll work directly with the US-based team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger management
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Based in Colombia with ability to work US business hours
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• Own month-end close process as primary executor
• Prepare reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts
• Process and code vendor invoices, manage cash application
• Own AR/collections process end to end
