💼 About This Role

You'll deliver substance use disorder treatment in a prison facility as part of a therapeutic community. Your work directly supports inmate rehabilitation and recovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver group and individual counseling sessions
• Implement curriculum and lead therapeutic meetings
• Develop treatment plans and document progress
• Coordinate with reentry staff and institutional partners

📋 Requirements

• Must be a registered AOD counselor with a DHCS-approved organization
• Obtain AOD certification within five years of registration

• Experience in correctional settings
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and CBT
• Bilingual Spanish
