You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from early problem definition through commercialization, shaping product direction and owning the narrative end-to-end. This role connects the 'why,' 'what,' and 'how it lands,' ensuring what we build translates powerfully to merchants and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Marketing with demonstrated influence on product strategy
  • Clear evidence of high-agency behavior: stepping into ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Strong product judgment connecting customer problems to business outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex product concepts into compelling narratives
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, flatter environments with broad ownership

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers in discovery, validation, and delivery
  • Form and pressure-test hypotheses about customer problems and product value
  • Translate product strategy into clear, differentiated positioning
  • Own narrative leadership end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration
  • Drive adoption and feedback loops post-launch, iterating on messaging and positioning
