💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following doctor's orders and monitoring conditions. You'll make personal connections while ensuring high-quality care with flexibility and support from a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to client homes on your schedule
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in the state
• Ability to provide one-to-one client care

• Previous home care experience
• Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients
• BLS certification
